Karen Swanbeck

Karen has lived in Southwest Florida since 1983. She owned and operated a successful insurance agency on Fort Myers Beach before redirecting her efforts into real estate.

Karen is an award-winning realtor. She has received numerous company sales awards as well as the GulfshoreLife “Best in Client Satisfaction” award for the last seven years. In addition to her direct sales activities, she is responsible for the innovative and comprehensive marketing efforts of Team Swanbeck.

Karen served as the Chief Operating Officer and 2014 President of The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. She also enjoyed the position as Director of Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Karen has earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when buying, selling, or investing in real estate. She is additionally certified in International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyers Representative, and Resort/ Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), & the Realtor Certified Executive (RCE) which is the designated commitment to professional growth.

Karen enjoys traveling and has extensively traveled in the US and throughout many foreign countries. Karen and her husband Tom are involved in the activities of many service organizations, working to improve and “give back” to the communities they serve.
