The median sales price was $689,500  for single family and the average days on market was 170.  In the condo market multi  there were 121 units sold, the median sales price was $390,000  and the days on market was 161.   In 2016 from January 1st through April 30th 44  homes sold. The median sales price was $557,500 for single family and the average days on market was 178.   In the condo market there were 96  units sold  with the median sales price was $ 334,000 and the days on market was 150.

For the Town of Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) In 2017 from January 1st through April 30th  39 homes sold,  the median sales price was $652,000  for single family and the average days on market was 160.  In the condo market there were 107 units sold, the median sales price was $399,000  and the days on market was 155..  In 2016 from January 1st through April 30th  39  homes sold,  the median sales price was $535,000 for single family and the average days on market was 182..  In the condo market  there were 88  units sold, the median sales price was $337.500 and the days on market was 152.
